Sydney cruise terminals — Circular Quay and White Bay
Sydney operates two passenger cruise terminals. Circular Quay Overseas Passenger Terminal is located in The Rocks precinct, at the western end of Circular Quay. White Bay Cruise Terminal is located in Rozelle, accessed via James Craig Road — approximately 4 km from the Sydney CBD. Always confirm your assigned terminal with your cruise line or the Port Authority of NSW cruise schedule before booking your transfer. The chauffeur plans an early approach around CBD, harbour, or terminal traffic and confirms the legal meeting point.
MrDrivers services both terminals. Confirm your terminal, ship name, and arrival or departure time at enquiry so the correct route and timing can be locked in. Supply the passenger and bag count so luggage handling and vehicle capacity can be prepared before pickup.
Cruise arrival transfers — meet and greet
For cruise arrivals, your chauffeur monitors vessel docking times and adjusts for any delays. On-time pickup is guaranteed from the time the ship is confirmed docked and passengers are cleared to disembark — not from the scheduled arrival time. Material vessel delays are handled against the updated docking information and the waiting terms confirmed in the booking.
Your chauffeur will wait at the terminal with a name board. The first 30 minutes of waiting after passenger clearance are included. For large group arrivals or multiple vehicles, confirm requirements at enquiry.
Cruise departure transfers — on-time guarantee
For cruise departures, your chauffeur arrives at the confirmed pickup address by the scheduled time. If the driver is late, the transfer is complimentary — no questions asked.
Pricing is fixed and confirmed before payment. Tolls and any pre-selected extras are itemised in your quote. No amount is added after booking without prior notice.
