Meet-and-greet at T1, T2, and T3
Sydney Airport has three passenger terminals. T1 handles all international arrivals and departures. T2 and T3 are the two domestic terminals — T3 is the primary Qantas and QantasLink terminal, while T2 serves Virgin Australia and Jetstar. Airline terminal assignments can change and may vary by individual flight, so always confirm your terminal from your booking confirmation or the Sydney Airport flight-information page before you travel.
For T1 international arrivals, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. Allow reasonable time for immigration, customs, and baggage collection before your onward commitment. Meet-and-greet terms, including applicable waiting time, are confirmed at booking.
Real-time flight tracking and the On-Time Pickup Guarantee
MrDrivers monitors your flight number in real time. If your flight lands early, the chauffeur adjusts. If your flight is delayed, the pickup time updates to your revised touchdown — your On-Time clock does not start from the original scheduled arrival.

Vehicle selection for airport transfers
An S-Class or Maybach suits a smaller executive or VIP arrival. GLS models offer an SUV format for added headroom or a more discreet profile. V-Class and Sprinter options serve families, groups, and parties with significant luggage — but passenger capacity alone never confirms that every suitcase will fit.
List checked bags, carry-ons, oversized items, child seats, and mobility requirements alongside the passenger count. MrDrivers can then assess the correct vehicle before the airport transfer is confirmed.
Fixed pricing — no surge fares, no surprises
Your transfer quote is agreed before booking. Sydney Airport parking, tolls, and any meet-and-greet fees are itemised in your quote. No amount is added after the booking is confirmed, regardless of traffic conditions, time of day, or demand.
Departure transfers work back from your airline and terminal. Supply your pickup address, flight number, and preferred departure time so the route and timing can be assessed before the booking is locked in.
